"There is no can't, there is only won't " -vicious reality
For all those who have remained true even when faced with adversity you stood firm, stood your ground, never once bending to suit the in crouching temptation to deceive. Because in the end, when all is said and done, you stood strong and steadfast, never faltering! It's been a long bumpy ride, but the journey isn't over! Not by far! But there is no where I would rather be than here! Thick or thin, you can always count on me!
Could have spoken the truth, but you didn’t
Should have cared enough to consider feelings, but you didn’t
Would have followed through with your promises, but you didn’t
What intricate complex webs we weave, when we set out to
deceive.
Deception, illusion, distortion, and destruction of truth we
swore to uphold.
It is high time you feast up, don’t you think?
I have always played my hand as they stand
Could have spoken the truth, but you didn’t
Should have cared enough to consider feelings, but you didn’t
Would have followed through with your promises, but you didn’t
Never once being unfair, never once pretending to care
Pretty words, fuzzy feelings, colorful and bright, but
always took to flight
Let’s be honest shall we, let’s lay our cards on the table
And for once stop adding to this withering tragic fable
Who are you really, why do regard me as silly
Give me the respect that I deserve

There's really nothing left to say ... I think you said it all. To the point and so much more. Should've, could've, would've but didn't because you refused to, because you won't! Because it's easier that way.. I suppose. Why? Well we wouldn't be pointing it out if we knew all the answers. Your loss, not mine. Enough said.
Reality as we know it to be, has always been vicious and unrelenting. And now the realization that closure is and has always been yours to take, even if it has to be taken by force of hand. I will never comprehend for the life of me!!! FFS, just because you can, doesn't mean you should! Which ever way you would have swayed, I am behind you fully 110% and I am and always will prepared to catch you if and when you fall...*sigh*
